Carolina Casualty Asks To Dodge Defending Worker Theft Suit
Carolina Casualty Insurance Co. asked a Florida federal judge on Thursday to declare it has no duty to defend policyholder Admiral Security Services in an underlying lawsuit over a rogue security officer's theft of laptops containing personal information protected by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
