BAE, US Navy Scuttle $4.6M Propeller Damage Suit
At the request of the parties, a Florida federal judge on Tuesday dismissed a $4.6 million suit filed by a BAE Systems PLC-owned contractor against the U.S. Department of the Navy alleging it didn't owe damages for supposedly performing negligent and defective work on a ship’s propeller.
