OCZ Judge Delays $7.5M Deal For Trustee To Probe Claims
A Delaware bankruptcy judge agreed Thursday to hold off allowing a $7.5 million settlement to go forward in a shareholder class action in California against OCZ Technology Group Inc.'s former brass for at least 120 days to permit the estate's liquidation trustee to go ahead with a claims investigation.

OCZ Creditors Try To Stall $7.5M Deal With Investors
Creditors of OCZ Technology Group Inc. urged a Delaware bankruptcy judge on Monday to not approve a proposed $7.5 million settlement of a shareholder class action, saying the deal shouldn't be blessed until they've had a chance to look into all the estate's claims.
