A federal judge on Friday said a forum selection agreement and earlier litigation forbid a New Jersey lawsuit in which Surgical Orthomedics Inc. claims Brown Rudnick LLP's poor legal work caused it to shoulder a more than $3.3 million arbitration decision in a sales dispute over spine and tissue products.
