Author Says Hachette Held Royalties For Book On Nobel Winner
The author of a book about Nobel Peace Prize-winner Aung San Suu Kyi sued Hachette Book Group Inc. for breach of contract and copyright infringement in Massachusetts federal court Thursday, saying the publisher failed to pay royalties and released an e-book version without permission.
