EBay, Intuit Hiring Deal Clearly Hurt Competition, DOJ Says
The U.S. Department of Justice on Tuesday urged a California judge to deny eBay Inc.'s bid to escape an antitrust suit, saying it didn't have to show that eBay and software company Intuit Inc. hurt competition by agreeing not to hire each other's employees, because the deal was "obviously anti-competitive."

EBay Sued Over Recruiting, Hiring Pact With Intuit
The U.S. Department of Justice and the state of California hit eBay Inc. with lawsuits on Friday claiming that the San Jose-based company ran afoul of antitrust laws by striking a deal not to recruit or hire Intuit Inc. employees.
