American Greetings Unit, Web Comic Sued Over 'Oatmeal' Mark
A Massachusetts greeting card company filed trademark infringement claims Tuesday against a subsidiary of American Greetings Corp. and the creator of popular Web comic The Oatmeal, accusing them of using a trademarked brand name to sell cards.
