GlaxoSmithKline PLC asked a New York federal judge Thursday to dismiss a former employee's suit claiming it paid kickbacks to doctors to induce unwarranted prescriptions of HIV treatments that resulted in fraudulent government health care claims, saying the relator hadn't properly backed his allegations.
