Popular restaurant Sushi Yasuda Ltd. has agreed to pay $2.4 million to settle a proposed wage-and-hour class action brought by current and former employees who accused the New York-based eatery of stiffing them on training wages, tips and overtime, according to documents filed Thursday in New York federal court.
