Consolidated Rail Corp. is facing more than $10 million in class action and individual claims related to vinyl chloride exposure caused by a train derailment in New Jersey, as Philadelphia-area residents lodged three separate suits against the company — the start of a slew of litigation planned over health problems linked to the late November spill, a plaintiff's attorney said Wednesday.
