Expedia, Others Can Shield Antitrust Docs In Booking MDL
A Texas federal judge on Monday said plaintiffs in multidistrict litigation alleging travel websites such as Expedia Inc. and Priceline.com Inc. colluded with hotel companies like Marriott International Inc. to quash online booking competition can't yet launch discovery, rejecting a request to force the companies to turn over documents linked to European probes.
