Ford Steers Clear Of Engine Defect Claims
A Pennsylvania federal judge on Monday tossed the remaining claims in a proposed class action brought by drivers who asserted their Ford Motor Co. vehicles had a defect that caused them to lose power during acceleration, saying their warranty claims failed because applicable warranties had long expired.
