Weather Channel Washes Out Bulk of Trade Secrets Suit
A New Jersey federal judge on Tuesday cut down a trade secrets suit accusing the Weather Channel of using Event Media Inc. data for purposes outside a licensing agreement, including building weather maps, saying Events Media didn't do enough to keep its data secret.

The Weather Channel Can't Duck Trade Secret Claims
A New Jersey federal judge on Friday refused to dismiss claims for misappropriation of trade secrets Events Media Network Inc. filed against The Weather Channel Interactive Inc., saying EMNI alleged sufficient facts to state the misappropriation claims under the Georgia Trade Secrets Act.
