Google Gets Dispute Over $8.5M Buzz Deal Booted For Venue
Google Inc. convinced a New York federal judge to toss a proposed class action on Friday over the company's $8.5 million privacy violation settlement, saying the Internet giant can enforce the forum selection clause in its user agreement to conduct such disputes in California.

Three Google Buzz users sued Google Inc. on Monday in New York on behalf of more than 20,000 people involved in an $8.5 million privacy violation settlement over what they claim are confusing inconsistencies between the settlement agreement and the class notice.
