Honda Agrees To $1.4M Atty Fee In CR-V Door Lock Settlement
American Honda Motor Co. Inc. has agreed not to challenge up to $1.4 million in plaintiffs attorneys' fees in a proposed settlement to resolve a putative class action accusing it of concealing a defective CR-V door lock mechanism to avoid covering repair costs under warranty, the plaintiffs said Wednesday.
