Pennsylvania health care law firm Schutjer Bogar LLC could go bankrupt or get absorbed into another firm after a key partner abruptly ditched the firm and took Schutjer Bogar's biggest book of business with her, driving the firm into a precarious financial position, one of its principals said Wednesday.
