    CVS Unfair Competition Claims Go To Arbitration, Judge Says

    A California federal judge Monday ordered Uptown Drug Co. Inc. and CVS Caremark Corp. to arbitrate putative class action claims accusing CVS of misappropriating trade secrets by forcing Uptown to provide customers' information, ruling that Uptown could have opted out of the parties' agreement.
