Trapper Mining Co., WildEarth Guardians and the federal government on Thursday asked a Colorado federal judge to allow a new National Environmental Policy Act assessment after his finding that the U.S. Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement had illegally granted Trapper a mine expansion permit, which he ordered to be revoked.
