Apple Seeks To Compel Arbitration Of Racketeering Claims
Apple Inc. on Thursday asked a California federal judge to compel arbitration of two putative class actions brought by consumers who say Apple and AT&T Mobility LLC formed a "racketeering enterprise" to market and sell Apple's iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S devices while concealing a defect in the products.
