A Florida federal judge on Friday tossed a proposed class action alleging the fat-burning claims made by Vital Pharmaceuticals Inc. for its Meltdown Fat Incinerator dietary supplement are false and misleading, finding the complaint didn't indicate which facts apply to which causes of action.
