    Kenyon Sued For Not Giving Judge Credit On ITC Treatise

    Intellectual property firm Kenyon & Kenyon LLP and some of its partners were hit with a copyright suit Wednesday by the widow of a former U.S. International Trade Commission judge who wrote a legal treatise on unfair competition for which she claims Kenyon attorneys are "brazenly" taking credit.
