Texas Counties Say Scooter Store Owes On Tax Liens
Three Texas counties urged a Delaware bankruptcy judge on Friday to reject Scooter Store Holdings Inc.'s bid for final relief orders, saying that the Scooter Store still owes them $35,000 in unpaid tax liens.
