Warner Chilcott Says FCA Kickback Suit Is Too Vague
Warner Chilcott PLC on Friday asked a Massachusetts federal judge to dismiss a whistleblower case accusing it of misbranding, violating patient privacy and paying kickbacks to doctors to induce prescriptions, which allegedly resulted in overbilling of Medicare and Medicaid, arguing the plaintiffs' claims were too vague.
