Swarovski Workers' Forced-Purchase Suit Sent To State Court
A California federal judge on Wednesday remanded to state court a putative class action alleging jewelry maker Swarovski North America Ltd. unlawfully forced store employees to buy and wear merchandise, finding the amount in controversy did not exceed the $75,000 threshold for federal jurisdiction.
