    A Colorado federal judge on Tuesday tossed WildEarth Guardians' lawsuit alleging the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency violated the Clean Air Act by allowing Utah and Idaho air pollution to go unabated for years, saying the group couldn't prove that the EPA or the states missed required regulatory deadlines.
