Catheter Co. Wants 'Copycat' Boston Scientific Device Banned
Medical device maker Vascular Solutions Inc. on Monday asked a federal judge to bar rival Boston Scientific Corp. from selling an alleged "copycat" device that Vascular Solutions says infringes the patents for its flagship product, a bendable catheter for inserting stents into blocked arteries.
