Judge Nixes Eli Lilly's Axiron Patents In Win For Generics
A federal judge on Monday largely shut down Eli Lilly & Co.'s patent suit aiming to block generic versions of its testosterone drug Axiron, ruling that three of the four accused generics makers either did not infringe the company's patents or proved them to be invalid.

Eli Lilly Sues Perrigo To Block Generic Testosterone Drug
Eli Lilly & Co. sued generic-drug maker Perrigo Co. and its subsidiary on Friday in Indiana federal court over its alleged infringement of patents on Eli Lilly's testosterone drug Axiron, a topical treatment used by adult males with low or no testosterone.
