Three former executives who were sued by Tyco Integrated Security LLC for stealing trade secrets after leaving to join a rival hit back at the security firm Monday in Pennsylvania federal court, contending Tyco had launched a smear campaign to drive its competitor out of business.

Tyco Says Former Execs Stole Trade Secrets In Move
Tyco Integrated Security LLC said in a suit filed Thursday in Pennsylvania federal court that three former executives who left the company for a competitor and convinced multiple employees to follow them stole trade secrets and breached agreements they'd signed with their ex-employer.
