Foundation Seeks $4M From Attys' Fees In Tribal Land Deal
The nonprofit Lannan Foundation sued class counsel Wednesday in a massive lawsuit over mismanagement of Native American trust funds, accusing Dennis Gingold and Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP of refusing to pay the foundation $4.5 million from a $99 million attorneys' fees award.
