    State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. and an insurance marketing firm were targeted in a putative class action in California federal court Thursday alleging that they violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act by robocalling consumers' cellphones in an attempt to get them to buy auto insurance.
