Mobile marketer Jamster has agreed to pay a $1.2 million fine and reimburse thousands of consumers to resolve the Federal Trade Commission's claims that it tricked Android phone users into clicking on ads that caused unwanted charges to be "crammed" onto their bills, the agency said Wednesday.
