6th Circ. Says Atty DQ Doesn't Nix Obstruction Conviction
The Sixth Circuit on Friday affirmed the conviction of a lawyer found guilty of tax and obstruction charges in a scheme in which he paid only $107 in federal income tax over 11 years, ruling the defendant's attorney wasn't improperly removed.
