GE, Mitsubishi Bury Hatchet Over Wind Turbine Patents
General Electric Co. and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. announced Monday that they had agreed to settle numerous patent lawsuits against each other over wind turbine technology, including one in which Mitsubishi was ordered to pay GE $170 million in damages last year.
