Retailers To Appeal Swipe Fee Loss To High Court
Retailers still smarting from the D.C. Circuit's decision upholding the Federal Reserve's debit card interchange fee rules intend to appeal that decision to the U.S. Supreme Court, an attorney representing the retailers said Monday.
