9th Circ. Revives Panasonic Memory Card Cartel Suit
The Ninth Circuit on Friday revived Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd.'s suit alleging Panasonic Corp. restrained competition through a patent-licensing deal on secure digital memory cards, ruling that the suit isn't time-barred because Samsung alleged anti-competitive actions that occurred within the four-year statute of limitations.
