    Fed. Circ. OKs Using Plain Meanings For IP Claims In AT&T Suit

    The Federal Circuit on Monday affirmed the right of federal judges to use technical dictionaries to parse the meanings of industry terms during patent claim construction, leaving in place a lower court's ruling that AT&T Mobility LLC and T-Mobile Inc. did not infringe a patent for mobile roaming technology.
