    The Ninth Circuit on Wednesday refused to revive a putative class action accusing Toyota Motor Corp. of not fixing its Prius vehicles, ruling a fuel-tank defect that caused inaccurate gas gauge readings in cold weather wasn't covered by Toyota's warranty.
