    Fed. Circ. Reverses EnOcean Patent Ruling

    The Federal Circuit on Friday reversed a U.S. Patent and Trademark Office board's ruling that EnOcean GmbH's patent claims for a self-powered wireless switch are unpatentable in light of prior art, saying the board erred in finding certain claim limitations are not adequately supported in EnOcean's prior applications for priority purposes.
