    Fed. Circ. Denies Rehearing In Slow-Cooker Patent Fight

    The Federal Circuit on Wednesday declined to review its ruling that Hamilton Beach Brands Inc.'s patent related to its slow cooker was invalid because its foreign supplier offered to sell it a version of the product more than a year before the patent application was filed.
