11th Circ. Won't Publish Ruling On '8 Corners' Exception
The Eleventh Circuit on Thursday turned down Continental Insurance Co.'s request to publish its recent decision in an injury coverage suit that recognized an exception to the "eight corners" rule, which limits what courts can look at while determining an insurer's duty to defend.
