Miami Hotel-Water Suit Should Be Covered, 11th Circ. Told
A mechanical engineering firm, sued when a defective water system it designed for a downtown Miami hotel resulted in its temporary closure, told the Eleventh Circuit on Tuesday that a district court erred in ruling the firm's insurer had no obligation to defend it.
