    Fed. Circ. Says Novatek Didn't Infringe Rival's Mining Patents

    The Federal Circuit on Wednesday upheld a Utah federal court's ruling that Novatek Inc.'s drill bit assembly doesn't infringe two Sollami Co. patents, saying the lower court properly determined the accused product don't meet all the structural limitations of the asserted claims.
