7th Circ. Dismantles 'Scandalous' Pella Window Deal
The Seventh Circuit on Monday eviscerated Pella Corp.'s "scandalous" $90 million defective window litigation settlement, saying class counsel Complex Litigation Group LLC must be replaced for an egregious conflict of interest and saying that the value of the settlement is grossly overestimated.

Pella Window Deal Leaves Class In The Cold, 7th Circ. Told
Disgruntled class members urged the Seventh Circuit on Tuesday to throw out Pella Corp.'s purported $90 million settlement of litigation over defective windows, saying the class will never see anywhere near the value claimed by the company from the deal.
