    The Fifth Circuit on Thursday affirmed a $3.2 million award to Texas-based residential architecture firm Kipp Flores Architects LLC in a suit brought by Kipp accusing Hallmark Design Homes LP of constructing hundreds of houses from copyrighted architectural designs in violation of federal law.
