Turtles Members Take Sirius War Over Pre-1972 Songs To Fla.
The two founding members of American rock band The Turtles on Tuesday expanded their battle with Sirius XM Radio Inc. over allegedly illegally circulated pre-1972 songs into Florida, where the musicians filed their second $100 million putative class action against the satellite music provider.
