    Fed. Circ. Says Octane Fitness Revives Newegg Fee Bid

    Citing last month's U.S. Supreme Court ruling that loosened the standard for fee-shifting in patent cases, the Federal Circuit on Wednesday paved the way for Newegg Inc. to resume its bid for attorneys' fees and costs stemming from its victory in a suit launched by Site Update Solutions LLC.
