    Fed. Circ. Revives Trucking Co.'s Suit Against Marine Corps

    The Federal Circuit on Friday revived trucking company Estes Express Lines' lawsuit against the Marine Corps over unpaid freight charges, finding that bills of lading for the shipments were sufficient to show that Estes had a direct contractual relationship with the government.
