11th Circ. Says Fla. Immune To Tribe's Fuel Tax Claim
The Eleventh Circuit on Monday affirmed a lower court ruling saying that the Seminole Tribe of Florida was prohibited by the Eleventh Amendment from bringing suit against the state for a refund of fuel excise taxes paid by the tribe.
