    The Third Circuit Wednesday threw out a legal secretary's racial discrimination lawsuit against Pennsylvania law firm Friedman Schuman Applebaum Nemeroff & McCaffery PC, finding she could not prove discriminatory motives and offered no rebuttal to the firm's claim that it fired her for performance.
