    A disbarred Pennsylvania attorney, who once choked a judge, asked the Eleventh Circuit on Wednesday to determine that the money requested by the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania to cover the cost of the proceedings against him is debt that is dischargeable in his Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
